Cancellation Policy
Clients must cancel/reschedule 48 hours before their appointment. After 48 hours, if the client cancels or reschedules, the client will be charged 50% of the service/services that were scheduled. If the client cancels or reschedules within 24 hours of their appointment time, the client will be charged 100% of the service/services that were scheduled. All no call/no shows will automatically be charged 100% of the services scheduled and will be required to pay a 50% deposit to book future appointments. After 2 no call/no shows the client will no longer be allowed to book appointments. Should the client provide an invalid card (expired, insufficient funds, etc.) the client's appointment will be cancelled and the balance must be paid in full prior to booking future appointments.
